The Daser Fellowship: Employability & Future Skills Program is an intensive, 8-week hybrid curriculum for fresh Nigerian graduates—starting with 85 Plateau State youths. Certified by Digital Bridge Institute (DBI), this program blends online learning, live sessions, and in-person workshops, empowering participants with digital, AI, and workplace skills for employability and innovation.

Fellows will learn from a faculty of experienced trainers in digital skills, AI, and career development, plus guest speakers from HR, tech, finance, and entrepreneurship. Peer mentors and technical support staff are available for the 85-youth cohort.
